• When to Start: The link becomes active only on the day of your arrival.

• Login Details: Enter your reservation number and your last name.

  • Important Hint: Check the “hint” box during login. If your name doesn’t work, our system may have swapped your first and last name.

• Upload Info: Follow the prompts to upload your required ID and information remotely.

• Activate Goki: Once submitted, your Goki app will become active for the duration of your stay.

• IF YOU BOOKED A CAPSULE WITH A LOCK: Your door code will be sent via email, please check the Goki app for full instructions on how to operate the lock.
