Easy Remote Check-In

• When to Start: The link becomes active only on the day of your arrival.

• CLICK HERE to Access the Link

• Login Details: Enter your reservation number and your last name.

  •  Important Hint: Check the “hint” box during login. Your last name may be your two last names with a space.

• Upload Info: Follow the prompts to upload your required ID and information remotely.

• Activate Goki: Once submitted, your Goki app will become active for the duration of your stay. You will be able to use the GOKI lock to open doors. You can link your reservation to your GOKI app. Alternative, codes are also emailed to you. 

• Your Capsule Lock: Your door code will be sent via email, but please check the Goki app for full instructions on how to operate the capsule lock.
