SELF CHECK-IN

Everyone checks in online. Tap the yellow button below on the day you arrive to check in and get your door codes.

  1. Tap the button on your arrival day. The link only works from the day of arrival.
  2. Log in with your reservation number and last name. Tick the “hint” box during login (your last name may be both last names with a space).
  3. Upload your ID. Your Goki app then activates for your whole stay and opens the building and room doors. Your Goki codes are also emailed to you.

🔒 YOUR CAPSULE LOCK IS DIFFERENT

Your capsule lock code is NOT a Goki code. It is a separate code just for your capsule.

We send it to you separately by email, and also message it directly through Booking.com, Expedia or text, depending on how you booked. Look for that message before you go to your capsule.
